Below find the terms and conditions that apply to an affiliate's participation in the Dance51.com Affiliate Program. An affiliate ('you') may be an individual or an entity. Please read this agreement in its entirety before accepting to become an affiliate.
1. APPLICATION TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE By using any materials on this site, and by using the affiliate links generated by the Affiliate Program for you, you agree to comply with this agreement. All affiliates will be reviewed from time to time to determine if their current operations are in compliance with this agreement. An affiliate may be withdrawn at any time without notice. 2. PLACING LINKS TO DANCE51.COM ON YOUR SITE You can use any of the text or graphics on this affiliate site; you may not modify any part of this information, without prior approval from Dance51.com. To add a link to Dance51.com, either use any of the HTML link codes, or manually add the links created by the Affiliate Program for you. 3. ORDER PROCESSING We will process all orders on Dance51.com. Each customer obtained through the Program becomes a Dance51.com customer. Dance51.com is solely responsible for customer service, billing and fulfilment in addition to all other retailer duties. 4. COMMISSION AMOUNTS Dance51.com pays a commission of 10%, with some items paying a higher fixed amount. An affiliate will make a commission on all products successfully purchased by a customer driven to Dance51.com from each specific session involving the affiliate. Although the Dance51.com Affiliate Program does use cookies that are valid for 3 days after an initial customer visit, we cannot guarantee that the cookie will remain intact if the customer deletes their cookie or changes computers. Subsequent sales from that same customer who comes directly to Dance51.com without first accessing your site are not eligible for a commission payout. Commission is calculated once an item has shipped to the customer. Under no circumstance will an Affiliate receive commission for an item that has been ordered but cannot be shipped to the customer for reasons such as: product no longer available or out of print, fraud, order cancellation. There may be instances when an affiliate chooses not to receive any commission. In such a case, other arrangements for compensation may be made by contacting Dance51.com directly. 5. COMMISSION PAYOUTS All commissions are paid by check or PayPal, and will be sent to you once the amount has reached at least $50 USD on the last day of each calendar month. If your commission does not reach $50 USD in a calendar month, your commission will rollover to the next calendar month, and you will not lose any commission credits. It is your responsibility to inform us directly should your email address change. Failure to do so may cause loss of commission or unnecessary delays in receiving your check. 6. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH DANCE51.COM Membership in the Dance51.com Affiliate Program makes you an affiliate of Dance51.com. You are not a formal business partner of Dance51.com and cannot make any claims or guarantees on behalf of Dance51.com, other than those contained within the text and graphics of the Dance51.com Affiliate Program. 7. LIMITED LICENSE We grant you a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the graphic images and text described above. We reserve the right to alter the images or text from time to time. You will be notified should we require you to change images or text in keeping with our current branding strategy. You agree to follow our trademark guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke your license to use Dance51.com branded graphics. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Dance51.com will not be held liable for any damages or loss of business you may experience in association with your affiliate status. Our liability cannot exceed the amount owed to you in commissions you have earned through the program. Should our site's service be interrupted for any reason, including site errors, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of commission or business you may experience due to temporary loss of access to Dance51.com. 9. PRICING We reserve the right to adjust prices for any product on Dance51.com in keeping with our pricing policies. We recommend that you do not reference any Dance51.com prices in order to avoid any misinterpretation should our prices differ from what you have posted, unless we advise you of special offers. 10. BANNERS, COVER ART, THUMBNAILS You may use any graphic or image available on this affiliate site in thumbnail or full image format. We recommend that you link directly to the banner ads and images stored on the Dance51.com Affiliate Program to ensure you display the most current graphics, banners and offers, but you may store the banners and graphics on your own local site if you prefer. 11. OTHER AFFILIATES You understand that we may solicit or accept applications from potential Affiliates that may be in direct competition to you. 12. TERMINATION You may cancel your participation in Dance51.com's affiliate program at any time by removing the link sent to you via email, and advising us that you wish to discontinue your Affiliate membership. 13. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By using any part of this affiliate site, or by using the links generated by the Affiliate Program for you, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
